The Nook Policies

By booking and using The Nook, you agree to the following:

General Use

Please treat the space with care and leave it as you found it. This includes returning furniture, disposing of trash, and wiping down surfaces if needed.

Time & Access

Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. Please be mindful of your end time, as there may be another booking immediately following yours. Additional time may be available, please text us to check availability.

Noise

The Nook consists of private offices within a shared building. While your office is fully private, we ask that you remain mindful of noise levels, especially during calls or meetings, out of respect for neighboring offices.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted in the space.

Food & Drinks

You’re welcome to enjoy coffee, drinks, and snacks provided. Please clean up after yourself.

Damages

You are responsible for any damage caused during your booking. Please notify us if anything is broken or needs attention.

Respect for Others

Please be respectful of other tenants and shared areas at all times.

Overtime

Additional time may be charged if your booking runs over and impacts another reservation.
